I have known Germain for over 12 years and have found him to be both an inspiring leader and amazing mentor. I think one of the reasons he is such an effective and sought after speaker is that he knows how to connect with people. He really listens and cares about people. When he is talking with you one on one, you can see that you have his complete attention and that is rare in these days of multiple distractions. Any time that I’ve had a question or an issue and reached out to him, he’s always been there for me.
