I have met a lot of people in my life but few have had the ability to greatly influence my journey to success the way Germain did. I have known Germain for 10 years. Here’s a real story that says a lot about him. I was at a restaurant when I asked

a waiter to bring us water. Upon bringing water to the table, the gentleman [Germain] explained that he was not the waiter but rather just a patron like me. He just wanted to help … and have fun. This is how I met Germain. My first encounter tells a lot about Germain, his genuine character, desire to help [and serve!], his sense of humour and, his leadership “by example”. More importantly he leads and coaches from the heart. In spite of his success, he remains “real”, approachable and very much down-to-earth. I am proud to call Germain my mentor and my friend.
