As a graduate of a military academy, Germain learned a lot about leadership and teamwork. I saw him put this knowledge to work in a business setting where recruiting, developing and leading teams is critical to success.

He is also highly skilful in training and mentoring other leaders even though his mentees might have no, or limited, background in leadership. Always leading from integrity and trustworthiness, he is a patient and persistent mentor who helps other achieve more than they thought possible. His generosity of spirit is evident in his willingness to share his personal training materials and his time to assist others in the same tasks with their own teams, with no material or financial benefit to himself. A strong tide lifts all boats.
